Pat is an NTA and RTS award-winning executive producer and showrunner. He began his career producing and directing live sports — including the World Windsurfing Championships and the National Downhill Mountain Bike Series — before taking a full time role as an in-house producer at the BBC. Over the years, he has delivered hundreds of hours of television, including a five-year stint as SP of Top Gear, then the most-watched non-fiction TV show on the planet.

Since co-founding 1Up, Pat has served as Executive Producer on a range of standout global events, including the LEC Summer Finals and Valorant Masters Championship.

Bafta and RTS award-winning director and producer Charlie Anderson has spent over two decades shaping standout television formats for major broadcasters. His credits include Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway (ITV), 90’s Greatest (Discovery), Ibiza Weekender (Sky) and The Jump (Channel 4), along with a host of live productions; The VMAs (MTV), Bafta Red Carpet (E!) and the FA Cup Final Opening Ceremony (BBC).

Since 2017, he’s brought that experience to the world of live esports, directing flagship broadcasts for Valorant and League of Legends and earning four back-to-back Sports Emmy Awards for his work.

In a career spanning two decades, Ben has built a reputation as a leading expert in live production. Over the past four years he has delivered some of the biggest events on the global esports calendar, working with Riot Games to produce League of Legends MSI and Worlds, and earning two Sports Emmy Awards in the process.

Previously, Ben served as Technical Production Manager for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, overseeing up to 20 live broadcast events a year across locations from New York to Singapore. His broader live-event credits include T4 on the Beach, F1 Rocks, Leeds Festival and Burberry’s London Fashion Week.

Lisa is an Emmy award-winning creative producer specialising in IP, branding and sponsorship integration. A former designer of large-scale magic illusions, she has collaborated with stars including David Blaine, A$AP Rocky and Jay Shetty on some of the most ambitious television specials ever produced — delivering content from the stages of Vegas and Coachella to platforms such as Netflix and MTV.

More recently, Lisa worked with Riot Games as a creative producer, managing global brand partnerships with companies as diverse as Louis Vuitton, Mastercard, Mercedes, OPPO, Red Bull, State Farm and Tiffany & Co.
